Gerry Wall  is the founder and President of Wall Communications Inc. Prior to the formation of Wall Communications in 1993, Gerry held a variety of positions in the private and public sectors, including Director of Policy Analysis at Bell Canada, Chief of Regulatory Research and Strategic Planning at the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission ("CRTC") and Vice President, Telecommunications and Strategic Planning at the Canadian Cable Television Association ("CCTA"). As President of Wall Communications, he has successfully completed numerous economic and policy analysis projects for private and public sector clients in the areas of content (e.g., film production, broadcasting and intellectual property rights), carriage (e.g., Direct Broadcast Satellite, telephone networks, wireless networks, and cable television networks) and policy measure evaluations (e.g., broadcasting signal protection, film distribution policy, the introduction of digital television, policy governance tools for the information highway, and the promotion of the creation and distribution of Canadian new media content and services). Dr. Wall has a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Saskatchewan, an M.A. from McMaster University and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Toronto.

Bernie Lefebvre, Vice President of Wall Communications Inc., has over twenty years of economic and regulatory policy analysis experience in the telecommunications industry.  Bernie held a variety of positions at Bell Canada and Stentor Resource Centre Inc., including Director - Regulatory Matters.  Since joining Wall Communications in 1997, he has successfully completed numerous economic analysis and regulatory policy projects in telecommunications (e.g., price caps, network interconnection and voice over Internet Protocol), broadcasting and new media for a  wide variety of clients in both the private and public sector in Canada and abroad.  In addition, he has extensive experience in the field of copyright economics and policy, as well as copyright tariff related matters dealt with by the Copyright Board of Canada.  Bernie has a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Concordia University in Montreal and an M.A. in Economics from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
